It is the objective of the Crown Cleaning Services Ltd to achieve the highest degree of quality in its services to meet requirements as defined and agreed with the Client. We are actively seeking accreditation for the Quality Standards and aim to achieve this by the end of 2015.

By consulting and maintaining regular communication and service review with all our customers, we fully understand all cleaning requirements and commit to meet individual needs and expectations in all the services we provide.
We will continually seek to improve the quality of our services to achieve the highest possible standard in everything that we do.
We ensure that during our induction and training processes all members of staff are aware of our commitment to quality and health and safety.
We have in place, all of the processes necessary to deliver the required services but the key to our success, is our investment in machinery, staff and processes, monitoring of the quality standards that ensure that we maintain consistency in the delivery of a quality service.

In the workplace, it is essential that no risks are taken with the employee or the customers’ safety. With this in mind we have procedures in place including identifying and managing risk in the workplace. This includes detailed, formal risk assessments of all activities.
Senior operational teams visit all sites with a view to gaining complete understanding of all specific site requirements.
